A licence lets one person take part in your workspace. Every active member uses one: the owner, admins, trainers and learners. Disabling someone releases their licence at once and keeps their history and results. When every licence is in use, people who join wait until one is free.
A module is a group of related lessons in a course, and each lesson has its own assessment. Your plan counts the modules in the course releases you have published, for applications that are not archived. Draft and retired releases count none.
Yes. On every plan, a path holds the required and optional lessons for a training role, such as support, sales or marketing, with a due date. It is assigned automatically to everyone who holds that role.
No. Nothing is installed in your application and its code does not change. Learners practise on your application’s test site with the GuidedRole extension for Chrome, which shows each guided step in a side panel and highlights the control to use. An admin adds the test site’s address under Applications.
FasterApps builds and updates courses for its customers. An AI coding agent writes each course from your application’s source code, which it reads but never changes. The course is checked automatically, tried on your test site with the extension and imported into your workspace as a draft for an admin to publish. There is no point-and-click course editor or recorder in this version.
Guided Mode is an AI assistant in the side panel, powered by Kimi from Moonshot AI and processed in Singapore. During practice it answers questions from your course’s knowledge articles and the current lesson and step, and it can point at a control on the page. It is never available during assessments.
Learners see a notice about the AI before their first question. Within your workspace, conversations are private to each learner; staff see only how many questions are asked about each topic. Guided Mode is included in the Enterprise plan, and admins can turn it off.

The trial is free for 14 days, with 10 licences, 1 domain and 10 modules, without Guided Mode and without payment details. If it ends before your plan is in place, access continues while FasterApps arranges it.

Learners need Chrome 142 or later on a computer, with the GuidedRole extension installed and allowed on your test site. Progress, results and administration are in the GuidedRole web app. GuidedRole is available in English.
GuidedRole records only while a learner runs a lesson or assessment they started, with a visible indicator, and when they ask Guided Mode a question. No keystrokes, field values, page text, page titles, screenshots, mouse movements or scrolling leave the browser. Guided Mode questions are answered by Kimi from Moonshot AI and processed in Singapore.
By default, step-by-step activity is kept for 30 days, Guided Mode conversations for 30 days and results for 730 days, and admins can change these periods. The result that completed each lesson stays with the learner’s progress as their training record. Learners can view and export their own data. Read the privacy notice.
